Please click on the appropriate link pertaining to the grade level of your child for the 2010-2011 school year. Complete the CSCA Contract and Release of Liability included in the link. Upon completion of the forms, you will be directed to RenWeb to pay the matriculation fee. You will be notified by email within 3 business days to verify that we have received your forms, and your payment has been applied.
