MLK Classic
Sat 1/14/12 - Varsity Boys Basketball - MLK Jr. Tournament vs. Jupiter HS (AWAY - Hosted at Miami Norland HS) 6:15pm (click for directions)
The Crusader boys varsity basketball team (14-2, ranked #3 in 3Aand #13 in all of Florida) will play in the prestigious 18TH annual MLK Classic this Saturday at 6:15 against a very good Jupiter High School team. All games will be played at Miami Norland High School (1050 NW 195th St., Miami 33169). Playing right before the Crusaders, at 4:45, will be Dwayne Wade's high school (Richards, from Chicago) against Chris Bosh's high school (Lincoln from Dallas), so there may be a couple celebrities in the crowd!.
After the great support we got during the Kreul Classic, we would love for everyone to come out and cheer on the Crusaders and enjoy some great basketball. Please check out the Miami Herald tomorrow as they will preview the tounament as well as feature our own , Nura Zanna, as one of the best big men in South Florida. Here is more info on the event:
