March 6: Crusaders at the Next Level: Former Crusader Alissa Diaz was named the Player of the Year for the South Atlantic Conference! Alissa, a Senior at Anderson University in South Carolina was also named Player of the Week for the SAC Conference three times this past season. She was named tournament MVP at a Thanksgiving tournament this past year in Alaska. Alissa scored her 1000 point earlier in her Senior season, and is now among the top 10 scorers all-time at Anderson University. - February 19: Varsity Girls Basketball: 2012/2013 Season Summary: The Crusader Varsity Girls basketball team last completed a very successful season including 2 Christmas Tournament Championships, a 21-6 Record, and the 3rd District Championship in the school's history for Girls Basketball. The Crusaders also earned some individual awards this season. [click here to see the full season summary]. Great season ladies! Go Crusaders!
- February 12: Varsity Girls Basketball: The CSCA Crusaders Varsity Girls Basketball season ended tonight in the Regional Semi-finals. The Crusaders fell to Sagemont 50-44. Leading the Crusaders were DeLise Williams with 14 points, and 7 rebounds; and Elle White with 13 points, and 7 rebounds. Jackie Blake added 5 points and 10 rebounds. The Crusaders finish their season with a record of 21-6. This included two Christmas Tournament Championships. One at Archbishop McCarthy and one at Kings Academy. It also included a District Championship. We would like to thank all of the parents, students, and fans who supported us this year and we are looking forward to next year!
- February 7: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated Yeshiva at Home on Tuesday night 49-7 in the Quarterfinal round of Regionals! The Crusaders now move on to the Regional Semifinals on Tuesday February 12 against Sagemont... [click for more info on Tuesday's game] Go Crusaders!
February 1: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusaders are the 2013 District CHAMPS!!! The Crusaders defeated Sagemont 47-41 on Friday night. The Crusaders were led by Jackie Blake who had 15 points and 10 rebounds, DeLise Williams who had 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Elle White who had 10 points, and 5 rebounds. [click here for complete recap and pictures]. The Crusaders improve to 20-5 and now host a Regional Quarterfinal game on Thursday 2/7 against Yeshiva at 7:00pm. CONGRATS to the DISTRICT CHAMPS!!!
- January 31: Crusaders At The Next Level: Girls Basketball Alumni Alissa Diaz continues to rack up honors and awards in her Senior season at Anderson University. This week she was awarded First Team Academic All-District Honors! See article below. Keep up the great work Alissa!

- January 29: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusaders Varsity Girls Basketball team improved to 19-5 tonight as they defeated Calvary Christian 60-44 in the semi-finals of the district tournament. The Crusaders will now play for the district championship on Friday 2/1 against Sagemont @7pm. The game is at Calvary Christian (FLC Campus). The Crusaders were led tonight by Jackie Blake, and Delise Williams who both had 19 points. Jackie had 17 rebounds, and DeLise had 14 rebounds. JaShay Fuller added 13 points and 6 rebounds. Come out and support the Girls on Friday night as they go for the 3rd District Championship in school history! [See link for more info...]

- January 25: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls Basketball team defeated Archbishop McCarthy on Friday night 50-34. The Crusaders were led by DeLise Williams with 26 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 steals. Jessica Bell added 7 points and 9 rebounds. JaShay Fuller had 8 points and 6 rebounds. Jackie Blake had 5 points, 15 rebounds and 3 blocks.
- January 22: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls basketball team loses to American Heritage by 3 points. Final score was 60-57. The Crusaders almost completed a remarkable comeback from an early 16-0 deficit. The Crusaders, down 3, had a chance to tie at the end of regulation but couldn't hit the shot. Delise Williams lead the Crusaders with 26 points and 8 rebounds. Jackie Blake added 15 points and 10 rebounds. Jessica Bell had 5 points & 7 rebounds. The Crusaders record is now 17-5, and next play Community School of Naples on Friday at 6:30 at Archbishop McCarthy.
- January 22: Crusaders at the Next Level: Former Crusader Alissa Diaz named South Atlantic Conference player of the week. This is the second time this season Alissa has earned player of the week for her conference. Way to go Alissa!

- January 18: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls Varsity basketball team wins easily vs. Trinity Christian on Friday night. Final score was 67-39. DeLise Williams had a great all-around game scoring 20 points with 12 rebounds, 3 blocks, 6 steals, and 5 assists. Jackie Blake added 8 points, and 20 rebounds. Jashay Fuller added 10 points and 7 rebounds.
- January 16: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls Varsity Basketball Team loses a tough game vs. Sagemont 39-36. The Crusaders were led by Jackie Blake with 18 points and 13 rebounds. DeLise Williams added 15 points. At halftime of the Boys Varsity game, DeLise was honored for recently breaking the Career scoring record at CSCA. DeLise received a standing ovation from the packed crowd!
- January 10: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls Basketball team were victorious Thursday night against Palmer Trinity at home on Senior Night. Seniors Deolinda Tilus, JaShay Fuller, and Jackie Blake were honored before the game. The Crusaders then went out and won a hard fought game against a tough Palmer squad, who were 15-2 coming into the game. The Crusaders were led by JaShay Fuller who had 21 points, 10 rebounds, Jackie Blake 9 points, 25 rebounds, and DeLise Williams who had 13 points, 11 rebounds. The Crusaders play their last home game on Wednesday Jan 16th against district rival Sagemont.
- January 9: Varsity Girls Basketball: SENIOR NIGHT is Thursday 1/10 vs. Palmer Trinity at 5:00pm! The CSCA Athletic Department would like to invite you to the Varsity Girl's basketball game Thursday evening, January 10th against Palmer Trinity. The game begins at 5:00 p.m. in the CSCA gym. We will be celebrating the seniors on our team during half time. With a team of only eight members, they have a record of 15-3 and are ranked #7 in the state of Florida. Also, Congratulations to DeLise Williams who became the Girls Basketball All-Time leading scorer in Tuesday night's victory over Pine Crest! DeLise passed Corinne Faneus (class of 2007) with her first basket in the 2nd half. DeLise, who is just a Junior, will have the rest of this year plus her Senior year to add to her total. Congratulations DeLise! Please join us as we celebrate our seniors and root for DeLise as she continues to rack up the ponts!
- January 8: Varsity Girls Basketball: Congratulations to DeLise Williams who became the Girls Basketball All-Time leading scorer in tonight's victory over Pine Crest! DeLise passed Corinne Faneus (class of 2007) with her first basket in the 2nd half of the victory. DeLise, who is just a Junior, will have the rest of this year plus her Senior year to add to her total. Congratulations DeLise!
- December 29: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls Varsity basketball team won their 2nd tournament of the Christmas break on Saturday afternoon. They defeated Calvary by a score of 52-39 to win the Kings Academy Basketball Invitational tournament. (They also won the Lady Maverick tournament at Archbishop McCarthy last weekend). DeLise Williams scored 26 points and grabbed 8 rebounds today and was named the MVP (DeLise was also the MVP of the Lady Maverick tournament last weekend). Jackie Blake added 12 points and 13 rebounds and made the all-tournament team. (Jackie also made the All-Tournament team at the Lady Maverick tournament last weekend). The Crusaders went 6-0 at the 2 tournaments to improve their record to 14-3. GO CRUSADERS!

- December 28: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusaders Varsity Girls Basketball team defeats Kings Academy 43-21 on Friday night. DeLise Williams led the Crusaders with 21 points. Elle White added 11 points. The Crusaders will face Calvary Christian on Saturday at 2:30pm in the Championship game of the Kings Academy Tourney. Good luck girls!
- December 27: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls Varsity basketball team defeated Providence (Jacksonville) on Thursday night by a score of 56-52. DeLise Williams had a triple double again. DeLise had 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 steals. Jackie Blake had 13 points and 13 rebounds. Jashay Fuller had 11 points and 7 rebounds. The Crusaders will take on Kings Academy Friday night at 8:00pm.
- December 26: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Varsity Girls Basketball team is currently ranked #5 in the state for Class 3A teams. [click here for 3A State rankings]. - December 22: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated Cypress Bay 41-33 tonight to win the Lady Maverick Holiday Tournament. Jackie Blake led the Crusaders in scoring with 20 points and added 13 rebounds. DeLise Williams had a triple double with 13 points, 13 rebounds and 12 steals. DeLise was named MVP for the tournament. Jackie and Elle White made the all tournament team. The girls record is now 12-3. Great job ladies! Go Crusaders!
- December 21: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls basketball team defeats host school Archbishop McCarthy on Friday night at the Lady Maverick Classic. The Crusaders came from behind and held on for a 1 point victory 53-52. The Crusaders will play in the Championship game Saturday night at 7:30pm vs. Cypress Bay (Game is held at Archbishop McCarthy) Good luck! Go Crusaders!
- December 20: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Varsity Girls basketball team opens with an easy win over Miami Central HS at the Lady Maverick Classic at Archbishop McCarthy tonight. The Crusaders will play Friday night vs. Archbishop McCarthy at 8:30pm
- December 11: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusader Girls Varsity basketball team defeated Calvary 58-46. Their record is now 8-2 (District 2-0). Top performers in Tuesdays victory...

- December 4: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusaders get a Win in their first District matchup of the year with a defeat of Highlands Christian. The Crusaders are now 6-2 overall.
- November 29: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Crusaders fell to Grandview Prep by 5. The final was 56-51. The Crusaders are now 5-2. [click here for game recap]

- November 19: Varsity Girls Basketball: The Girls Varsity basketball won it's 4th game of the season Monday night to improve to 4-0. The Crusaders easily defeated University School 52-14. [click here for game recap]. The Crusaders will be back in action at home on Tuesday 11/20 at 5:00 vs Miami Country Day.
- November 15: Varsity Girls Basketball: Girls Varsity basketball won their 3rd game of the week tonight, this time winning easily over Berean Christian. The Lady Crusaders are now 3-0 to start their season.
- November 2: Crusaders at the Next Level: Former Crusader Girls Basketball player and Anderson University Senior, Alissa Diaz played a big role in the upset of Division 1 Clemson Tigers on Friday night. Way to go Alissa! [for game recap click here]
