CSCA ELEMENTARY MUSIC

 In Elementary General Music classes we believe in God's gift of music and taking Christian dominion in this area as a form of worship to Him.  The students will sing and perform on various instruments, a varied repertoire of music. They will progress in reading and notating music at each grade level. They will be exposed to a wide variety of music and its relationship to their culture and history. Further, the students will begin to analyze and describe music in its different forms. They will also study the different cultural and stylistic aspects of Christian music, as well as its form and relation to their culture. There are various performance opportunities throughout the year at each grade level. 

JUNIOR CRUSADER CHORUS

  Crusader Chorus is an after school enhancement activity offered to students in the 4th and 5th grade.  This chorus focuses on choral singing, choreography, and theater arts.  The students have an opportunity to sing with the All County Choir, adjudicated festivals, performances of their own, and others in conjunction with other CSCA  functions, such as “The Night of the Arts” and Country Fair.  Crusader Chorus provides students who love to sing a chance to grow musically and spiritually.
