"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden... In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to
your Father who is in heaven." — Matthew 5:14-17

Spiritual Emphasis Week

What is S.E.W.

Spiritual Emphasis Week (SEW) is annual event for our High School Students. Doing this week, our high school students participate in daily chapel services and seminars for the purpose of aiding the students spiritual growth. The daily chapels are centered about a topic and the lesson around brought by our guest speaker for the week. The seminars are taught about our CSCA faculty and staff along with Pastors and Elders for First Presbyterian Church. Each students participates in three different seminars of their choosing. Previous seminars have been on topics like: Discerning God's Will for my life, "How do I stay a Christian in college?", Our identity in Christ, The Christian Athlete, and Purity.

This Year's S.E.W.

Each year brings a new theme, guest speaker, and seminars for our students to sign up for. There will be more information posted on this years Spiritual Emphasis as we get closer to the event.
